VOLKSWAGEN FINANCIAL SERVICES ARE THE
BEST IN THE EAST
It’s a well known fact that happy workers are better workers.
They’re more likely to offer helpful advice and give excellent
customer care, simply because they’re content at work and
like doing what they’re doing.
And nowhere is this truer than in the call centre environment,
which is great news for Volkswagen Financial Services (UK) Limited
customers, as the company’s call centre has recently been
awarded the title of ‘Best Call Centre’ for the East
of England Area.
The awards were judged following the Best 100 Call Centre Workplaces
Survey of employees. This survey seeks to identify workplaces
that are commended by their staff, and identify high quality operations.
The results are then used to encourage companies to aspire to
standards of excellence set by contact centre workplaces appreciated
by their own people.
Volkswagen Financial Services’ Customer Services and Collections
team claimed the award for the East of England, with the judges
particularly impressed by the working environment cited by the
respondents, as well as the satisfaction they take from the work
they perform.
Martin Ballard, operations director of Volkswagen Financial
Services said: ‘We’re delighted to have won this award
which recognises the dedication and commitment of our call centre
teams. We know our call centre staff aspire to the highest levels
of customer service and it’s great that this has been acknowledged
publicly.’
